Written Policy Needs a Clear Path to Action.

AI can read your policy. The harder part is turning it into reviewed, approved rules that consistently guide supported AI actions.

Before Adoption

Pending policy reviews can stall adoption or leave AI use with uneven oversight.

  • Is this AI use allowed?

    Teams lack a reviewed answer.

  • Reviews can delay adoption

Decisions wait on the right people.

  • Oversight can be uneven

AI use may move ahead of clear checks.

As Rules Change

Constant changes arrive faster than teams can review and update their policies.

  • Requirements keep changing

    Federal, state and city rules.

  • Guidance comes from many sources

    Industry, regulators and internal teams.

  • Policies need ongoing review

Updates must be interpreted and approved.

After an Incident

Scattered records make decisions hard to trace and turn audits into manual work.

  • Evidence is scattered

Actions, approvals and sources live apart.

  • Decisions are hard to reconstruct

Which rule applied—and who approved it?

  • Audits become manual work

Teams piece the record back together.

From Requirements to Executable Policies

TrustBound connects requirements in your source documents to rules your team can review and approve, then assembles them into executable policy versions.

From Source to Policy

Keep each requirement connected.

  • Source Documents

Bring regulations and policies into review.

  • Reviewed Rules

Review the rules with your team and counsel.

  • Executable Policies

Assemble approved rules into a policy version.

A source clause or open term stays linked to its reviewed rule or Open Definition 04Illustrative regulations enter a queue. The selected document enlarges and identifies a term definition, an open term and a concrete clause. A concrete clause is extracted into a rule; the Trusted provider open term is extracted into Open Definition 04 and reviewed by Team and Counsel. The same approved rule or open definition joins its matching reviewed topic policy, which moves left and then nests inside Organization Policy beside other approved topic policies. Only the approved versioned organization policy is deployed to the workforce. The remaining queue then advances and the next illustrative document comes forward. Each complete cycle reviews a coherent new illustrative scenario; replay repeats the current scenario. These examples are not authoritative legal requirements. Rules Everyone Can Understand

Review the same rule in plain English, logic, or a decision flow, with its source alongside. Compliance checks it, calls in counsel if needed, and once approved, that rule is ready to use, no translation step.

Enforce Policy Before AI Acts

Gatekeeper intercepts supported agents’ tool calls before execution and checks the deployed policy locally, even offline with a cached version. It returns a verdict and any requirements for connected systems: allow, deny, wait for a person, or revise and retry.

Check supported AI actions locally.

  • Check Before Execution

Evaluate supported agents’ tool calls before they run.

  • Enforce the Approved Policy Locally

Keep checking offline with a cached policy version.

  • Return a Verdict

Allow, needs review, revise or deny—with requirements.
